The pay and benefits package we offer to our trainees is carefully designed to be competitive with our peers.
Pay
The salaries of our trainees are reviewed annually. In their first year, trainees are currently paid £38,000 increasing to £43,000 in year two. In addition, at the start of your training contract you can take an interest free salary advance payment of £1,000.
