Working environment

Our working environment is remarkable. Atlantic House was designed specifically for us and helps everyone who works here to get the most from their time at work.

As you would expect, this can be an exacting and challenging place, but our employee restaurant and coffee shop provide places to catch up with friends during the working day. The in-house gym is there for you to unwind, with a chill-out room so you can relax after a workout. And there’s a lively social scene, not only amongst trainees but at all levels, with many staff sharing in fund-raising activities for our citizenship programmes.
