Our graduate recruitment programme provides vacation schemes and open events for undergraduates and graduates, and a two-year training contract for trainee solicitors.

Up to 75 trainee solicitors join us each year. They come from both law and non-law degrees at university. Our reputation means we attract the brightest and most able graduates, but we are looking for more than very strong academic qualifications. We expect and encourage ambition, drive and imagination. Around half of the graduates offered a training contract here will have participated in one of the summer schemes or open events at Hogan Lovells, and you can read more about our vacation schemes and open events on this site too.

Each year we recruit a team of campus ambassadors at a select number of UK universities to represent us on campus. Applications for these opportunities open in January and you can read more about what the role involves on this website.
