Campus Ambassadors

As our Campus Ambassador, you will make an impact in lots of ways: hosting drop-in sessions, giving lecture shout-outs, promoting us on social media through your university networks. You’ll essentially represent us at your university – be that virtually or face to face.

As you shed light on our opportunities for fellow students, you’ll also be creating opportunities for yourself.

You’ll have constant communication with our graduate recruitment team, giving you the chance to show us your personality and skills.

We hold assessment days during the spring of your first year so you're ready to start promoting us in your second year.

What it offers:

  • £600 plus all the training and support you need
  • Get fast-tracked to a vacation scheme assessment day
  • The chance to gain a better understanding of how a global law firm works
  • Great networking opportunities with our teams
  • Boost your skills in communication, leadership and problem solving – all things we look for in our future lawyers.

Being a Hogan Lovells campus ambassador allows you to get fast-tracked to a vacation scheme assessment day, too. You’ll also get one-on-one support on your application and preparing for your assessment day from our Senior Graduate Recruitment Manager.

We aim to recruit campus ambassadors at our target Universities which include Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Durham,

  • We use the Watson-Glaser critical thinking test.
  • The online critical thinking tests assess how well you can absorb and analyse information.
  • They measure your ability to evaluate arguments, deductions, inferences, and conclusions.
  • They're good predictors of success in roles where you need to see things clearly from many angles and separate facts from assumptions.
  • To get a feel for the intellectual demands you'll experience from day one, you can take our practice test.
  • Be sure to read the feedback you receive as it will help you with the formal assessments.
